Traffic
Arrival and Dismissal Information
In order to ensure safety and keep good order during arrival and dismissal times, the following guidelines have been produced. Please adhere to the designated drop-off and pick-up zones. As always, please drive safely and slowly on campus. The campus speed limit is 10 mph.
Traffic Overview
Please enter the campus through the Walther Center driveway off 40th Street East.
Please exit the campus through the LBS driveway off Lancaster Blvd.
All traffic is one way during arrival and dismissal, please adhere to the designated traffic lanes and drive slowly.
The campus will be secured to 1 entry and exit (Main Auditorium driveway) between the hours of 8:05 AM and 2:45 PM.
Kindergarten
Please drop off students in the gravel lot behind the South Campus. A teacher or aide will be present to help them to class. Then exit the Lancaster Blvd. exit.
Kindergartners that are picked up at noon will be picked up in the same area and can exit the Worship Center exit. Those staying for the extended school day (until 3:00 PM) will need to exit the Lancaster Blvd. exit.
Kindergartners who stay for after care will be picked up from Modular B or the Pavilion by the LBS playground.
Elementary
Please drop-off and pick up 6th grade students by COM 5 (by the SLC). Please drop-off and pick-up 1st-5th grade by Modulars D and E. After arrival or dismissal proceed out the Lancaster Blvd. exit. Feel free to use either the front or back lane for arrival and dismissal as this will help to distribute traffic flow (6th grade parents will need to use the back lane).
Secondary
Please drop-off and pick up by Modulars A and B or J and G then proceed out the Lancaster Blvd. exit. Feel free to use either the front or back lane for arrival and dismissal as this will help to distribute traffic flow.
Traffic Flow Tips, Techniques, and Procedures
Always pull forward in the arrival and dismissal lines. Do not leave gaps and help to keep the traffic flowing.
Do not park in the arrival and dismissal lines. If you need to come to the office or walk a student to class, please find a parking space.
Do not park in fire lanes that are indicated by a red curb.
Do not stop and talk to staff members or other guests while in the arrival and dismissal lines. Please find a parking space for conversations or exchanging items.
